‘Think Like a Tester – Puzzles and Games to Spark Great Questions’

Great software testing relies on more than technical acumen. Testers must be curious and flexible in their approach to testing. We’ll share some puzzles and games that challenge testers (and anyone else who wants to think differently) to dig deeper and ask better questions, ultimately helping us improve our testing and our software.

Speakers:

Annette Head – IT Consultant at Source Allies

Annette is a QA practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She is currently the secretary of the Des Moines Area Quality Assurance Association. Annette is passionate about learning, testing and agile. In her free time she loves spending time with her dogs, traveling as much as possible and dabbling in assorted hobbies like speaking French and teaching herself to play piano.

Brian Kampling – IT Consultant at Source Allies

Brian is a Software Test Engineer with over 10 years of experience. He is passionate about context driven testing, test automation, and agile development. In his free time he enjoys caring for his chickens and garden, tinkering with python and a RaspberryPi, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
